At VibeSoothe, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a hassle-free return process. Please note that the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, as all returns must be sent to our warehouse in China, unless the original products are defective. This ensures that we can continue offering you the best possible prices on our products. Please read the guidelines below to understand our return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

    •    Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
    •    Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition
    •    Sale items, accessories, and final sale products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    •    Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage from use are not eligible for return.
    •    Custom or personalized items are also not eligible for return.

Order Changes & Cancellations

    •    We understand that plans can change! You may cancel your order or request changes (such as size, color, shipping address, or item adjustments) as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
    •    Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we are unfortunately no longer able to cancel or modify it.
    •    To request a cancellation or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vibesoothe.com.

Conditions Not Considered as Quality Issues

Certain conditions do not qualify as defects in product quality, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons:

    •    Loose threads, raw edges, fabric thickness, and slight differences in color due to variations in monitor display are not considered quality issues.
    •    Returns due to dissatisfaction with styles, colors, or changes in personal preferences are also not treated as quality issues.
    •    Damages due to use, washing, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or any other human factors are not considered quality issues.
    •    Sizing issues: Please refer to our sizing chart for accurate decisions when making your purchase. Returns based on sizing discrepancies do not constitute quality issues.
    •    Design and style differences: Due to differences in design and style, there may be slight variations in size between items labeled as the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements provided for each item.

How to Start a Return

    1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@vibesoothe.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions.
    2.    Once your return request is approved, returns must be sent to our designated return warehouse in China: Bin Fang, Naishi Warehouse, 5th Floor, Building 4, Phase 2, Niannianhongjia Cluster, Choujiang Street, Yiwu, Zhejiang, 322100, China, Tel: +86 18357917518.
    3.    Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

    •    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    •    We recommend using UPS, FedEx, DHL, or a similar service for international returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

    •    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    •    If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Items on final sale, discounted items, accessories (Belts, bags and shoes are returnable), and personalized/custom items cannot be returned or refunded.
    •    Lingerie, tights, socks.
    •    Items returned without prior authorization or after the return window (30 days) will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear, and the hygiene liner must not be removed to qualify for a return.

If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@vibesoothe.com with photos and details of the product. We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund.

Important: You must report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this timeframe will be reviewed under our standard return policy and may no longer qualify for a quality-based refund or replacement.
